So In home page, Go to Google Drive and click. Then you can log in. When you log in then there you can see menu bar Icon drive will open. Then to upload your files in it, there will be upload option at the left side bar navigation. Then a menu appears, in that menu click on the Files and you should select the files in the system and upload your file. We can change documents, presentations, Spread sheet and drawings in Google Doc format. If you upload PDF file then you can convert it into Image and text file. We can create separate files as we create in our computer. For creating a new file, you need to click on "New Folder in My Drive" option. We can even share this folder with others.

Every as Windows:

We can open the files from this online drive as we do in the system. This drive supports all kinds of file formats. Though the software like photo shop, illustrator design are not installed in your computer but we can open them by the support in the browser interface. We can separate the text from the image with the help of optical character recognition. We can store the edited files(Revision Copy)  for 30 days. When this set up get install then we can see the Google drive Icon on the desktop. Then if you run and log in  then we can see the drive in the system tray. That means in the my documents folder Google drive fold will be created. The files which you have uploaded in the drive will be visible in this Google drive folder. So from now When ever you want to upload files you can upload just by drag and drop. If you want to come out of the synchronization then you need to right click on the Google drive folder which is in the system tray and then click on Quit Google Drive. If you want more space then you should click on the Buy More storage space in the same menu.

1) They have provided us the office  suite  for preparing documents, presentations, Spread sheets in Google drive. We can click on the  Create in the navigation menu and we can open the desired application. If you want designed document templates then you need to click on the From templates.

2) We can open 30 formats of files through browser interface.We can even view the HD Videos.

3) Sending the files which occupy more memory space through mails is difficult. So at such situation we can upload that file in the drive and share that link.

4) For sharing the photoes to google plus, which you have uploaded in the google drive. Then you need to select the photo and click on the Google plus at the top.

5) We can search the files in the drive and by searching the files through keyword is more easier.
